Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Stabilized, Home Saved in Benton, AR

Preston C. of Benton, AR was worried about his foundation. In particular, he was concerned about issues with the brick columns and the back porch. His house was on a hill and he was very worried about the columns failing and his house sinking down that hill. Foundation specialist Spencer found that the brick is moving, and it is separating from the concrete on the porch.  He designed a system using our push pier system to stabilize the home.  Foundation repair expert Malachi and his crew installed these piers.  The installed a push pier under each of the columns.  The voids underneath the concrete were filled with our PolyLevel™ concrete injection system.  This would ensure that the columns and the back part of the foundation was permanently stable.
