Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Restoration in Little Rock, AR

Lamont S. of Little Rock, AR has had some issues with cracks and settling floors for years. He had a company "spray foam" in 2016 but it only temporarily fixed the issue. He wanted us to assess the entire house and see what we could do to fix it. He showed several areas all over the residence that had cracks and doors that would not shut. He also showed a place in the Dining room that had a visible crack in the flooring and a depression was evident when you walked across the floor. We found that the back of the residence had a substantial amount of settlement that was affecting the rest of the house. Lamont just wanted everything to be fixed so that he didn’t have to worry anymore. This project was complex and needed 3 different crews to address it. We installed our push pier system to stabilize the foundation.  We also used our PolyLevel system to address some of the concrete issues.  Lamont was thrilled with the results, leaving a 5 star review!
