Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in Hickory Flat, MS

Joyce W. of Hickory Flat, MS was having foundation problems.  She and her husband built their home 30 years ago and it is their forever home.  Water and excess moisture had done major damage to the wood in the crawlspace.  It had also caused foundation settlement, which is evident by the interior and exterior wall cracks.  Foundation and crawl space specialist Matt was able to inspect the home and design a permanent solution to their problems. Phase 1 of this project called for the removal and replacement of the rotted wood in the crawl space.  Crawl Space expert Shawn and crew tackled this task.  They also completed phase 2, which was a CleanSpace Encapsulation system.  This included our CleanSpace liner, our SilverGlo insulating panels, a SmartSump to remove any water that may inter the crawl space, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for clean, dry air.
