Crowded Crawl Space in Millington, TN

Challenge

This crawlspace in Millington needed our help. The crawlspace was crowded, and the north side of the house was settled. Having a crawlspace that is crowded can have detrimental effects on the foundation of the home.

Solution

The production team worked hard and installed our Smart Jack system to take care of the crowded and sagging craw; space. We also replaced the rim joist, which had to be done from the outside and underneath the porch. The settling in the living room near the fireplace also received Smart Jacks and Beams.
