Although the crawlspace height was tight in some areas—especially toward the back of the home—our team adjusted labor accordingly to ensure quality results. We also discovered a potential water leak beneath the kitchen and promptly notified Richard, who arranged for a plumber to address it. In the end, Richard was more than willing to accept the risk of minor wall or tile cracks during the lifting process, knowing that the long-term stability of his floors was finally secured.
