Ardenia R. of Sardis, MS had concerns with her floors. She has lived at the home since 1987 when it was built and had been experiencing sagging floors. This is a serious problem because there are people in her household with disabilities.  Ardenia has replaced the floor in various areas multiple times and was tired of the temporary fixes. She wanted a permanent solution. We replaced the joists and subfloor in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. We replaced the rim band as well. We installed our SmartJacks™ System to address the sagging joists. Finally, we installed a full crawl space encapsulation to address the water and moisture that had caused the damage in the first place. Ardenia was thrilled with the results.  We have given her the peace of mind she deserves.  Her home is now permanently stable and safe for her loved ones.
