David R. of Corinth, MS bought their house a couple years ago and discovered support jacks in the crawlspace. They were installed by a competitor who went out of business. Moisture in the crawl space has caused some more settlement under the stairs in the center of the house. We installed our SmartJacks™ system in conjunction with the stand-alone jack under the stairs and adding a supplemental beam. There was mold and fungus in the crawlspace, so we applied our LumberKote™ wood sealant throughout the crawlspace.
