Crawl Space Repair - Temporary solution to sagging crawlspace

In this picture the crawl space wooden beams are supported by columns made from concrete blocks. The blocks are typically stacked on a concrete footing and held together with mortar. Soon enough the concrete column will begin to settle or the wood girder will start to shrink leading to additional shimming.
