Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair and Protection in Memphis, TN

Stephanie and Justin of Memphis, TN had a bathroom leak that soaked the subfloor and now the wood needs to be replaced. They also had some other areas of wood rot under the home. There was an older crawlspace liner from another company installed by a previous homeowner, but without a pump or a dehumidifier. The liner was detached and ripped in areas, so water and debris were getting into the crawlspace.  We were able to remove and replace all the rotted wood in the crawl space.  We also installed our crawl space encapsulation system to address water and moisture issues. Our CleanSpace™ liner, in conjunction with the SmartSump™ and SaniDry™ Dehumidifier creates a dry environment in the crawl space, protecting the wood from further damage and creating cleaner air in the main living area.
