Photo Album: Commercial Concrete Repair in West Memphis, AR

Werner trucking had several areas of settled concrete around their guard shack.  Some of these slabs were cracked, and some had sunken into the soil by as much as 3 inches. This is obviously not ideal for neither the company, nor the drivers.  With large trucks continuously coming and going, the problem could have become very worse, very quickly.  The constant traffic also posed another problem: the solution must be fast, and the work could not impede the drivers, thereby disrupting business.    Werner called local Redeemers Group to help them design the ideal solution for their concrete problems.  Upon inspection, it was determined that water had infiltrated beneath the slabs.  This is a major problem because water can swiftly erode the soil, carrying it from under the slab and causing voids. With these voids, there is no longer stabilization, in turn, weakening the the integrity of the concrete. This project called for our 3 part CPS System.  Stage 1 is stabilization.  This was accomplished with a PolyLevel® Concrete Injection System. The second stage of work is water mitigation.  This was accomplished with NexusPro® Joint and Crack Sealant. The third part of the system is SealantPro® Concrete Sealant for maximum protection.
