Photo Album: Crawlspace Repair in Walls, MS

Ronald J. and his wife built their home in 50 years ago and they wanted make sure it lasts another 50.  They were experiencing some bouncy floors and interior cracking in the home.  They called Redeemers Group for help.  Wes, one of our crawlspace settlement specialists, went out to Walls to inspect their home.  Upon inspection, Wes was able to determine the cause of the problem.  Water had infiltrated the crawlspace, damaging the wood.  There was mold, mildew, and excess moisture.  This can weaken the wood and cause failure.  Wes was able to design a solution that would permanently address these issues. Crawlspace repair expert Eugene was tasked with this project.  Eugene installed our SmartJacks crawl space support jack system to address the stability of the floors.  SmartJacks, along with supplemental beams, provide permanent support for the crawl space foundation.  Eugene also applied our LumberKote wood sealant.  This ensures that moisture will no longer be able to penetrate and weaken the wood under the home.
