Photo Album: Severe Crawl Space Damage in Memphis, TN

This is a great example of what water and excess moisture can do to a crawl space.  This home belongs to David P. of Memphis, TN.  His crawl space floods every time there is heavy rain.  After a while, his floors began to sag and became bouncy in some areas.  The moisture had rotted and weakened his joists and they began to break.  David called Redeemers Group and crawl space specialist Antonio was able to go out and design a permanent solution for all of these problems. All of the broken joists needed to be repaired.  That's where woodworking expert Eugene came in.  He sistered all the broken joists to new, stronger joists.  Then it was time for crawl space support expert Luis to step in.  Luis installed our SmartJacks system to lift, level, and stabilize the floor.  He also installed our TripleSafe sump to rid the crawl space of any current and future water entering the crawl space.  Davids home was stable and dry and he could rest assured that he was safe!
