Michael M. of Sherwood, AR was having problems with his pool. The liner needed to be replaced, but he could not do that because of the concrete surrounding the pool was damaged. Michael wanted to open the pool for the summer for his friends and family to enjoy, so he knew he needed to act fast. After a bit of research, he called Redeemers Group.
Jim went out to Sherwood to give Michael a free inspection and a solution to this problem. Jim was thorough in his investigation and showed Michael what could be done to stabilize his concrete. Michael agreed and the work was scheduled.
Concrete expert Jacob was tasked to repair Michael's pool deck. Jacob used our PolyLevelTM system to level and lift the concrete back to its original position. Then he installed our NexusProTM crack and joint sealant to divert water and protect the concrete from future damage. Michael was able to replace his liner and will be enjoying his pool with out worry for years to come. Redeemers Group is on a mission to redefine the contractor industry by providing remarkable experiences. We are proud to have given this customer the highest quality service!
