Our partnership process:

1. Evaluation of house for mold, if it is present,

2. We will do mold testing to isolate the type of mold present, and write the protocol for in-house     remediation.

3. Clean-up based on the protocol

4. Come back, do post testing, and any microbial removal needed, and assess if preventative measures are needed.

5. If the house has mold in the crawlspace or basement, preventative work which could include waterproofing and/ or encapsulation will be completed
