10 Years in and Clint's Still Got It!!

Production Manager Ty sent in this picture of Owner Clint Cooper hand digging the needed holes for a jobsite!!  This particular jobsite required hand digging instead of machine digging, and while Ty and Clint were out on the job, Clint decided to get down and dirty in the cold, wet, and dirty holes!! After 10 years of working in this field, as well as creating a company from the ground up, it’s always inspiring and fun to see Clint still be able and humble enough to do the dirty work.  There’s this really inspiring quote by Wilfred Peterson that says. “The leader sees things through the eyes of his followers. He puts himself in their shoes and helps them make their dreams come true. The leader does not say, “Get going!” Instead he says, “Let’s go!” and leads the way. He does not walk behind with a whip; he is out in front with a banner.” Clint perfectly depicts this quote not only through working alongside the production team on jobsites like this, but also through how he’s built this company!
