Redeemers Group earns BBB accredidation is the state of Arkansas
With our headquarters in Memphis, Redeemers Group has long maintained accreditation with the Better Business Bureau in the State of Tennessee. With the company opening a satellite office in North Little Rock, we additionally sought accreditation in the State of Arkansas. We understand that when people do business with us, they are making an investment in their largest asset: their home. We don’t take that lightly. The standards of the Better Business Bureau align with our company purpose: To Redefine our Industry. Our purpose is our heart and soul. It’s the difference we are making in the world. It’s the “why” we do what we do.
We believe that customer experiences can and should be remarkable. We always want to leave our customers with them knowing that we care about their home and the stresses that have kept them up at night. Sadly, many contractors view the customer experience as purely transactional in nature. The contractor will come in, do the work, perhaps use inferior products or an inferior solution, and quickly move on, all in an effort to finish the job and collect a check. Then, when a problem exists later and the homeowner attempts to contact the contractor to fix it, they are long gone.
We believe in a world where the contractor cares deeply for and builds a long-term relationship with the customer. We see a world where the contractor does it right the first time, uses the highest quality materials, trains their employees to deliver the best customer experience, and offers a permanent solution that they stand behind. We believe that the bar for an exceptional customer experience can be set so high that mediocrity in the contracting world is simply no longer accepted or tolerated.
How does this relate to the Better Business Bureau? We believe the bare minimum is to have a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any customer complaints. That is the standard that the BBB sets. We aim higher. Do we get it right every single time? We wish! But we are committed to doing everything in our power to make it right when it isn’t.
