Promotions and Position Changes!

Tinisha Harris has changed positions in the company; she has moved from Bookkeeper to Appointment Center Representative. In her role, Tinisha is mainly responsible for setting new customer appointments. Hers is the smiling voice will you will get if you call the office looking for a free estimate. Tinisha originally joined the team to help grow the Appointment Center department. She moved back into that department to lend her expertise in assisting the company’s new customers.

Nolan Manson has moved from the company’s production crew in to the Service department as a Service Technician. In his new role, Nolan is responsible for annual maintenance appointments for Redeemers Group customers. Once a system has been installed, the service team visits the customer annually to make sure the system is in proper working order. Additionally, if customers should have an issue arise, our service team will be the ones to come take care of it.

Joe Cook has moved from Production Foreman to Asset Coordinator for the company. The Asset Coordinator position was a newly created position to help track and maintain all of the company’s tools, warehouse inventory, and fleet. Additionally, Joe is responsible for product ordering to ensure that the team has everything they need for upcoming installations.
