Let me just let you know about Les Jones' recent visit. Besides identifying that the sump pump needed some tightening to the exhaust pipe and correcting the problem. I mentioned that there was one place near where a seam existed in the vinyl liner that I had to wipe up some water from time to time. I had mentioned this problem on the previous service visit to a different agent. This time Les pulled off some tape in that area and identified that a piece should have been pulled upward. He made the correction. We had a torrential rain storm a couple of days before. I had never seen that much rainfall for such a long period.
